Nobsin, Burkina Faso - 13 May 2014: a general view of the gold mining site. The Burkinabe authorities estimate that in 2013, one ton of gold was extracted in the illegal mines while the industrial gold production, rose from 23 tonnes in 2010 to 32 tonnes in 2011, making the country the 4th largest gold producer in Africa.
