Shipment
Make sure that the address of delivery is correct and that there are all the elements necessary to identify the exact delivery address (first/ last name/number on the intercom, preferred delivery times, scale, internal, mobile phone number for quick contact, etc).
Once the print is ready, It will be shipped via courier and you will receive a tracking number. Please allow up to one week to fulfil the order plus 2 to 5 business days for delivery (depending on location).
How to handle the print
On receipt, take care in removing it from the cardboard or the tube. Each print has a white paper border to allow the framer to handle the print and for protection during transport. I recommend that you take it straight to a framer to ensure optimal condition.
Prices
Pricing is for print only. Sizes other than those listed are available on request. Framing options are also available on request. As these are Limited Editions, prices may rise as availability decreases.
Returns
In the unfortunate event that the print arrives damaged (and that you can show that it was damaged before arrival), please make contact and send it back to me within 14 days, I will replace it on receipt of the damaged print back to me.
