London, UK - 12 February 2013: the 16th Parliamentary Pancake Race takes place next to the Houses of Parliament on Shrove Tuesday raising money for the charity Rehab. Politicians and MPs toss pancakes into the air and catch them in the pan whilst running.The team of MPs has won the event this year.
